Breitbart.com<\/a> posted an article yesterday about memos written by former FBI Director<\/a> James Comey<\/a>. The Hill<\/a> also posted a similar article yesterday.<\/p>\n

The Hill reported:<\/p>\n

More than half of the memos former FBI Director\u00a0James Comey wrote as personal recollections of his conversations with President Trump<\/a> about the Russia<\/a> investigation have been determined to contain classified information<\/a>, according to interviews with officials familiar with the documents.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This revelation raises the possibility that Comey broke his own agency\u2019s rules and ignored the same security protocol that he publicly criticized Hillary Clinton<\/a><\/span> for in the waning days of the 2016 presidential election.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Breitbart reported:<\/p>\n

\u201cFBI<\/a> policy forbids any agent from releasing classified information or any information from ongoing investigations or sensitive operations without prior written permission, and mandates that all records created during official duties are considered to be government property,\u201d the report said<\/strong><\/p>\n

Comey admitted to senators last month that he leaked at least one memo to his friend Daniel Richman, a Columbia Law School<\/a> professor and former prosecutor so that he could leak them to the New York Times<\/a><\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
