Former FBI Director<\/a> James Comey<\/a> testified under Senate oath May 3rd that the Trump administration had not pressured his agency to halt any investigation for political purposes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Comey admitted that the FBI<\/a> has always been free to operate without political interference\u2014flying in the face of Democrats<\/a>\u2019 paranoid delusions about Russia and President Donald J. Trump<\/a>, and\u00a0exposing for what it is a new political witch hunt Wednesday by enemies within the president\u2019s own Justice Department<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Videotaped testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee<\/a> blows apart the phony narrative New York Times<\/a> reporter Michael Schmidt wove on Tuesday<\/a>, which resulted in Mueller\u2019s appointment.\u00a0Schmidt\u2019s only sources were\u00a0anonymous. They claimed that on Feb. 14th, the day after National Security Adviser Michael Flynn resigned,\u00a0Trump had asked Comey to end an investigation into Flynn\u2019s connections to Russia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Schmidt\u2019s allegations that Trump attempted to obstruct justice hinged on the sources\u2019 accounts of a memo authored the same day. Schmidt, a Democrat party lackey, admitted he hasn\u2019t even seen the document\u2014dated nearly three months before Comey\u2019s testimony that totally contradicts it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Comey\u2019s statement to Hawaii Democratic Senator Mazie Hirono<\/a>\u00a0from May 3rd, which Center for Security Policy<\/a> analyst Nick Short<\/a>\u00a0noted Wednesday, exposes the Democrats once again for their political gamesmanship.<\/strong><\/p>\n
