{"id":30109,"date":"2017-01-26T20:07:29","date_gmt":"2017-01-27T01:07:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=30109"},"modified":"2017-01-26T20:07:29","modified_gmt":"2017-01-27T01:07:29","slug":"voter-id-would-solve-this-problem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=30109","title":{"rendered":"Voter ID Would Solve This Problem"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.investors.com\/politics\/editorials\/illegals-did-vote-in-november-and-trump-is-right-to-investigate\/\" target=\"_blank\">Investor&#8217;s Business Daily<\/a> posted an editorial today about the charge by <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Donald Trump\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Donald_Trump\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Donald Trump<\/a> that non-citizens <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Voting\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Voting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">voted<\/a> in the last presidential election.<\/p>\n<p>The article lists a few examples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Election officials in a <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Kansas\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.45,-96.5333333333&amp;spn=0.01,0.01&amp;q=38.45,-96.5333333333 (Kansas)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation\">Kansas<\/a> discovered that about a dozen newly sworn citizens had already voted in multiple elections when they offered to register them in 2015.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>An investigation into a 1996 <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"California\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=37.0,-120.0&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=37.0,-120.0 (California)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation\">California<\/a> House race in which <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Loretta Sanchez\" href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/lorettasanchez\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"twitter\">Loretta Sanchez<\/a> defeated incumbent Rep. <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Bob Dornan\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bobdornan.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">Bob Dornan<\/a> found 624 invalid votes by noncitizens in a race where Sanchez won by fewer than 1,000 votes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A September report\u00a0from the Public Interest Legal Foundation found more than 1,000 noncitizens on <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Virginia\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=37.5,-79.0&amp;spn=3.0,3.0&amp;q=37.5,-79.0 (Virginia)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation\">Virginia<\/a>&#8216;s voter rolls, many of whom had cast votes in previous elections.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A district-court administrator estimated that up to 3% of the 30,000 people called for jury duty from voter-registration rolls over a two-year period were not U.S. citizens.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The article also quotes <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"John Fund\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_Fund\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">John Fund<\/a>\u00a0and <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Hans von Spakovsky\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hans_von_Spakovsky\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Hans von Spakovsky<\/a>, who have both tracked voter fraud extensively,. They made the following statement, &#8220;we don&#8217;t know how big of a problem voter fraud really is because no systematic effort has ever been made to investigate it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The only way to know how much of a problem voter fraud is would be to investigate it and to purge voter rolls of illegal or deceased voters.<\/p>\n<p>I believe President Obama encouraged illegals to vote. Here are some quotes from an interview President Obama did with the Latin-oriented YouTube channel mitu, millennial actress Gina Rodriguez asked Obama:<\/p>\n<div class=\"copy-paste-block\" style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>\u201cMany of the millennials, Dreamers, undocumented citizens \u2013 and I call them citizens because they contribute to this country \u2013 are fearful of voting. So if I vote, will Immigration know where I live? Will they come for my family and deport us?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"copy-paste-block\" style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\n<div class=\"copy-paste-block\"><strong>Obama responded: \u201cNot true, and the reason is, first of all, when you vote, you are a citizen yourself.
