government forces commit\u00a0summary executions, targeted assassinations, enforced disappearances; arbitrary detention, torture, sexual violence; genocide warning.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bangladesh\u00a0<\/strong><em>Expertise in human rights: Extrajudicial killings, <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Forced disappearance\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Forced_disappearance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">forced disappearances<\/a>, killing of secular bloggers by Islamist groups, restrictions on online speech and the press, early and forced marriage, gender-based violence, abysmal\u00a0working conditions and labor rights.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United Arab Emirates\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=24.0,54.0&amp;spn=1.0,1.0&amp;q=24.0,54.0 (United%20Arab%20Emirates)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation\">United Arab Emirates<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><em>Expertise in human rights:No political parties, no option\u00a0to change government; restrictions on\u00a0<a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Freedom of speech\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Freedom_of_speech\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">freedoms of speech<\/a>, press, assembly, association; arrests without charge, incommunicado detentions, lengthy pretrial detentions; police and prison guard brutality; violence against women; anti-gay discrimination; mistreatment and sexual abuse of foreign domestic servants and other migrant workers.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Somehow I don&#8217;t think the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United Nations\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_Nations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">United Nations<\/a> is serving the purpose it was intended to serve.<\/p>\n<p>The thing to keep in mind as you read this list is the fact that one of the main power blocs in the United Nations is the 57-country bloc called the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Organisation of Islamic Cooperation\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Organisation_of_Islamic_Cooperation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Organisation of Islamic Cooperation<\/a>. The members of the bloc share the definition of free speech that is accordance with <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Sharia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sharia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Sharia Law<\/a>&#8211;speech that in any way reflects negatively on the Prophet Mohamed is not allowed.
