Today the American Thinker<\/a> posted an article by Lee Cary entitled, “Charlie Chan and the Mystery of the Mansion Hideout.”  The article deals with the detective work that might have uncovered the location of Osama Bin Laden.  It’s a wonderful imaginary dialogue between the legendary Chinese detective Charlie Chan and his Number One Son, Jimmy.  (Could you even run that show on television today and not be accused of racism?)<\/p>\n

Some of the things pointed out in the dialog:<\/p>\n

“Chan<\/em>: Pakistani authorities report they <\/font><\/font>visited here in 2003<\/font><\/a> to make such inquiries.  An official says the compound “was raided when under construction” back then.<\/font><\/div>\n

“Jimmy<\/em>: So who was living here then, Pop? <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

“Chan<\/em>: Here’s an <\/font><\/font>aerial photo<\/font><\/a> of the compound from 2004.  Who do you think was?<\/font><\/p>\n

“Jimmy<\/em>: It was an empty field!  So how did they visit a compound on an empty field? <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

“Chan<\/em>: It must have required great imagination, Number One Son.”<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
