Judicial Watch<\/a> posted an article today about some documents they have uncovered regarding some of the training American soldiers<\/a> are receiving.<\/p>\n

Judicial Watch announced today that it obtained documents<\/a> from the United States Department of the Army<\/a> revealing that in April 2015, 400 soldiers in the 67th<\/sup> Signal Battalion at Fort Gordon, Georgia<\/a>, were subjected to a \u201cwhite privilege<\/a>\u201d briefing, including a PowerPoint presentation<\/a> instructing the attendees: \u201cOur society attaches privilege to being white and male and heterosexual \u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The slideshow also informed the soldiers: \u201cRace privilege gives whites little reason to pay a lot of attention to African Americans<\/a>.\u201d It alleged that there are unspecified \u201cpowerful forces everywhere\u201d keeping different kinds of people from being valued, accepted, and appreciated, but \u201cwe act as if it doesn\u2019t exist.\u201d This alleged privilege creates a \u201cyawning divide\u201d in income, wealth, and dignity.\u00a0 The material described a mythical African woman who isn\u2019t aware that she\u2019s black until she comes to America<\/a>, encounters \u201cwhite racism\u201d and discovers the U.S. is \u201corganized according to race.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Why in the world is our military doing this? How is it constructive?<\/p>\n

Though news of the indoctrination incident was briefly reported in\u00a0Stars and Stripes<\/em><\/a> shortly after it occurred, only one of the above slides previously has been made public.\u00a0 Confronted with the information at the time, an Army spokesperson claimed the presentation was not officially sanctioned.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Judicial Watch previously<\/a> obtained Defense Department<\/a> equal opportunity training materials<\/a> that depict conservative organizations as \u201chate groups\u201d and advise students to be aware that \u201cmany extremists will talk of individual liberties, states\u2019 rights, and how to make the world a better place.\u201d\u00a0 And last month<\/a>, Judicial Watch uncovered Air Force Academy documents that show how the Academy used its \u201cChapel Tithes and Offering Fund\u201d to pay for cadets to participate in worship services featuring witchcraft, \u201cFaery Magick,\u201d and voodoo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cOutrageous <\/em>\u2013 that is the only word to describe this type of raw racist indoctrination,\u201d said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton<\/a>.\u00a0 \u201cThe Obama administration undermines the morale of our military with morally repugnant \u2018equal opportunity\u2019 that makes many soldiers feel unwelcome because they are the wrong sex, race, religion or aren\u2019t part of a politically correct group.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
