And&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/theblogprof.blogspot.com\/2010\/04\/not-only-do-bottom-47-of-taxpayer-pay.html\"><font color=\"#de7008\">not only does bottom 47% of taxpayers pay no federal income tax, but the bottom 40% GET MONEY BACK!<\/font><\/a> The top 5% pay about 60% of the <span id=\"IL_AD4\" class=\"IL_AD\">federal tax<\/span> bill. It&#8217;s now gotten so bad, so unfair, that the top 1% pay more in federal taxes than the bottom 95%&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This was President Obama&#8217;s comment during the State of the Union Speech:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;And if we truly care about our deficit, we simply cannot afford a permanent extension of the tax cuts for the wealthiest 2 percent of Americans. It&#8217;s not a matter of punishing their success.
