The Daily Caller<\/a> posted an article today about the ongoing quest for Hillary Clinton’s emails.<\/p>\n

The article reports:<\/p>\n

A federal judge has ordered Hillary Clinton and two of her top aides at the State Department<\/a>, Huma Abedin<\/a> and Cheryl Mills<\/a>, to attest, under penalty of perjury<\/a>, that they have turned over all official government records in their possession.<\/strong><\/p>\n

…In his ruling, Sullivan (U.S. District Court judge<\/a> Emmett Sullivan) ordered the Staet Department to \u201cidentify any and all servers<\/a>, accounts, hard drives<\/a>, or other devices currently in the possession or control of the State Department or otherwise that may contain responsive information<\/a>.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The State Department must also request that Clinton, Abedin and Mills \u201cconfirm, under penalty of perjury, that they have produced all responsive information that was or is in their possession as a result of their employment at the State Department.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIf all such information has not yet been produced, the Government shall request the above named individuals produce the information forthwith,\u201d Sullivan ruled.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The State Department must also require the trio \u201cdescribe, under penalty of perjury, the extent to which Ms. Abedin and Ms. Mills used Mrs. Clinton\u2019s email server<\/a> to conduct official government business.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The use of a private email server was illegal. It also posed a security risk because the private server\u00a0did not have the anti-hacking software that would have been on the government server. It would probably be easier to ask the Chinese to give us everything that was on Mrs. Clinton’s server. Chances are that they have it.<\/p>\n
