{"id":24334,"date":"2014-11-15T08:41:32","date_gmt":"2014-11-15T13:41:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=24334"},"modified":"2014-11-15T08:41:32","modified_gmt":"2014-11-15T13:41:32","slug":"enforce-the-current-laws-dont-scream-for-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=24334","title":{"rendered":"Enforce The Current Laws&#8211;Don&#8217;t Scream For Change"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last night I watched a movie produced by the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"The Tea Party\" href=\"http:\/\/teaparty.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">Tea Party<\/a> called, &#8220;The Border States of America.&#8221; The movie is embedded below (taken from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=k1I_NhPNcfs\" target=\"_blank\">YouTube<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/k1I_NhPNcfs\" width=\"483\" height=\"276\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>One of the important things noted in the movie is the fact that we have turned over control of the border to the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Mexican Drug War\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mexican_Drug_War\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Mexican drug cartels<\/a>. They control who crosses, where they cross, and they make a tremendous amount of money on drug smuggling and <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Human trafficking\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Human_trafficking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">human trafficking<\/a>. The farmers along the border are afraid to call the police when they see <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Crime\" href=\"http:\/\/www.break.com\/c\/people-lifestyle-videos\/crime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"break\">illegal activity<\/a> because the cartels have threatened them. If we are to be a sovereign nation, we had better learn to act like one.<\/p>\n<p>A few years ago, someone introduced me to the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Cloward\u2013Piven strategy\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cloward%E2%80%93Piven_strategy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Cloward-Piven strategy<\/a>. This is a strategy first proposed in 1966 and named after <a href=\"http:\/\/www.discoverthenetworks.org\/groupProfile.asp?grpid=6636\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Columbia University<\/span><\/a> sociologists <a href=\"http:\/\/www.discoverthenetworks.org\/individualProfile.asp?indid=2505\">Richard Andrew Cloward<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.discoverthenetworks.org\/individualProfile.asp?indid=2505\">Frances Fox Piven<\/a>, The purpose of the strategy is to hasten the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Financial crisis of 2007\u20132008\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Financial_crisis_of_2007%E2%80%932008\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">fall of capitalism<\/a> by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse. When I first heard this, I thought it was far-fetched, but looking at the border crisis has convinced me that it may be something I need to revisit.<\/p>\n<p>Last summer we had tens of thousands of unaccompanied children come across the southern border. Those children brought with them diseases and other challenges. They will be a burden on our school systems, our welfare systems, and unfortunately, our criminal justice system&#8211;many of these &#8216;children&#8217; were not children at all, but members of violent <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Latin America\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Latin_America\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Latin American<\/a> gangs.
