These glaciers were supposed to melt by 2035 according to the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ipcc.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)<\/a>. During the warming period in the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Middle Ages\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Middle_Ages\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Middle Ages<\/a>, there were not a lot of <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Sport utility vehicle\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sport_utility_vehicle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">SUV<\/a>&#8216;s around to create the problem.
