There is some real question as to whether or not Mr. D&#8217;Souza is under indictment because of his open criticism of President Obama and <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Barack Obama\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rottentomatoes.com\/celebrity\/barack_obama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"rottentomatoes\">President Obama&#8217;s<\/a> policies. Senators <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Chuck Grassley\" href=\"http:\/\/www.grassley.senate.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">Charles Grassley<\/a>, ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Jeff Sessions\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sessions.senate.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">Jeff Sessions<\/a>, <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Ted Cruz\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tedcruz.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">Ted Cruz<\/a>, and <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Mike Lee (U.S. politician)\" href=\"http:\/\/lee.senate.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">Mike Lee<\/a> have written a letter to <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Director_of_the_Federal_Bureau_of_Investigation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">FBI director<\/a> <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"James B. The Obama Administration has shown a very uneven hand in its administration of justice. The <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"New Black Panther Party\" href=\"http:\/\/www.newblackpanther.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">New Black Panthers<\/a> were never prosecuted for voter intimidation, and the only person who was ever arrested in relation to Benghazi was the filmmaker who had nothing to do with the incident.
