{"id":2164,"date":"2010-08-22T10:03:49","date_gmt":"2010-08-22T10:03:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=2164"},"modified":"2010-08-22T10:03:49","modified_gmt":"2010-08-22T10:03:49","slug":"the_ground_zero_mosque_problem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=2164","title":{"rendered":"The Ground Zero Mosque Problem Is Not Going Away"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Friday&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/ny_local\/2010\/08\/20\/2010-08-20_we_wont_build_it_hardhats_say_no_way_they_will_work_on_wtc_mosque.html\">New York Daily News<\/a>&nbsp;reported that many of New York&#8217;s construction workers are saying that they will not work on a mosque if it is built on Ground Zero.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>According to the article:<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p><em>&#8220;&#8221;It&#8217;s a very touchy thing because they want to do this on sacred ground,&#8221; said Dave Kaiser, 38, a blaster who is working to rebuilt the World Trade Center site.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The idea of refusing to work on the mosque is growing.&nbsp; One construction worker posted the &#8220;Hard Hat Pledge&#8221; on his blog which is for construction workers to sign saying they will not work on the mosque.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nbcnewyork.com\/news\/local-beat\/Protests-Planned-Today-Over-Mosque-Plans-101252344.html\">NBC New York<\/a>&nbsp;reports that there will be a protest opposing the construction of the mosque at Ground Zero today.<\/p>\n<p>The article at NBC reported:<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Gov.
