OFA is the remnants of the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Barack Obama presidential campaign, 2008\" href=\"http:\/\/www.barackobama.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">Obama campaign<\/a> machine.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>\u201cOur friends @OFA_DC are looking to hear your experience with #Obamacare. Share your feedback with them,\u201d the official <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DCHealthLink\" target=\"_blank\">@DCHealthLink<\/a> Twitter account <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DCHealthLink\/status\/397770017061605376\" target=\"_blank\">tweeted earlier this week<\/a>, with <a href=\"https:\/\/my.barackobama.com\/page\/s\/health-insurance-survey-story?source=ssn_TW_OC_20131030_CU_obamacare-survey_obamacare-survey&amp;utm_medium=ssn&amp;utm_source=TW&amp;utm_campaign=OC&amp;utm_content=20131030_CU_obamacare-survey_obamacare-survey\" target=\"_blank\">a link to a website survey<\/a> at my.BarackObama.com\u2014OFA\u2019s website. After filling out the OFA survey, respondents are then prompted with an ask to donate money to the organization.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>The official @DCHealthLink Twitter account has also retweeted <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/OFA_DC\/status\/398809632992276482\" target=\"_blank\">an OFA tweet<\/a> praising Obamacare, which as of 4:30 p.m. on Friday has the OFA campaign website&#8217;s Twitter account appearing <a href=\"https:\/\/dchealthlink.com\" target=\"_blank\">on the homepage of the official Washington, D.C. Obamacare exchange<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The government is coordinating its activities with a political campaign organization.
