We saw that in the stimulus and we saw that in the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Sustainable energy\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.0308333333,-7.62277777778&amp;spn=0.01,0.01&amp;q=38.0308333333,-7.62277777778 (Sustainable%20energy)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation\">green energy<\/a> programs. Now we are seeing it in <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Patient_Protection_and_Affordable_Care_Act\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">ObamaCare<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/Big-Government\/2013\/11\/07\/obama-rewrites-rule-to-let-unions-avoid-obamacare-tax\">Breitbart.com<\/a> is reporting today that <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Barack Obama\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rottentomatoes.com\/celebrity\/barack_obama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"rottentomatoes\">President Obama<\/a> has changed ObamaCare to give a financial break to <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Trade union\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Trade_union\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">labor Unions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>The tax, known as the reinsurance fee, requires self-insured organizations, such as unions and some large companies, to pay $63 for each covered member and an additional $63 for each additional family member on a health plan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>The fee was expected to raise $25 billion over three years, with the funds going to <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Insurance\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wikinvest.com\/industry\/Insurance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikinvest\">insurance companies<\/a> to offset the cost of covering <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Pre-existing condition\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pre-existing_condition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">pre-existing conditions<\/a> and other mandatory benefits.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Meanwhile, on top of the carnage already hitting millions middle class families in the individual market, there is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/Big-Government\/2013\/11\/07\/cbs-news-obamacare-about-to-hit-employer-provided-insurance\">a coming ObamaCare tax in the employer-based market<\/a> that&#8217;s about to affect millions who are apparently not among the president&#8217;s top donors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We, as voters, are responsible for the leadership we have.
