The simple answer is everyone, but they posted an detailed list:<\/p>\n<p><strong>If You Have <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Health insurance\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Health_insurance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Insurance<\/a> Through an Employer:\u00a0<\/strong> The administration claims that employee-provided coverage will not change&#8211;but it will. The administration promises <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Better Coverage\" href=\"http:\/\/www.BetterCoverage.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">better coverage<\/a>, but there is a large price tag on that coverage. ObamaCare also requires <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Obstetrics\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Obstetrics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">maternity care<\/a> for men and for women past <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Pregnancy\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pregnancy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">child-bearing<\/a> age. They have to pay for that coverage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If You Buy Insurance Yourself<\/strong>:\u00a0 If your insurance is not <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Barack Obama\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rottentomatoes.com\/celebrity\/barack_obama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"rottentomatoes\">Obama<\/a>-compliant, you will lose it. Your new policy will have higher premiums and a smaller network of doctors and hospitals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If You Qualify for Subsidized Insurance<\/strong>:\u00a0 Many <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United States\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.8833333333,-77.0166666667&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=38.8833333333,-77.0166666667 (United%20States)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation\">Americans<\/a> will be forced to buy insurance plans they do not want subsidized by other taxpayers. The $1.8 trillion spent on exchange plans and <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Medicaid\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Medicaid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Medicaid<\/a> will be a burden for future taxpayers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If You Are a Senior Citizen on <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Medicare (United States)\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Medicare_%28United_States%29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Medicare<\/a><\/strong>:\u00a0 Half a trillion dollars was taken out of Medicare to fund ObamaCare. The reductions in Medicare spending could cause 15 percent of hospitals to become unprofitable by 2019, and 40 percent to become unprofitable by 2050.
