Yesterday the Daily Caller<\/a> posted an article about the continuing investigation into the misbehavior of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)<\/a> during the Obama Administration.<\/p>\n

The article reports:<\/p>\n

Top Internal Revenue Service Obamacare official Sarah Hall Ingram discussed confidential taxpayer information with senior Obama White House<\/a> officials, according to 2012 emails<\/a> obtained by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee<\/a> and provided to The Daily Caller.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That is illegal.<\/p>\n

The article reports:<\/p>\n

Lois Lerner, then head of the IRS Tax Exempt Organizations division, also received an email<\/a> alongside White House<\/a> officials that contained confidential information<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingram attempted to counsel the White House on a lawsuit from religious organizations opposing Obamacare\u2019s contraception mandate. Email exchanges involving Ingram and White House officials \u2014 including White House health policy advisor Ellen Montz and deputy assistant to the president for health policy Jeanne Lambrew<\/a>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0contained confidential taxpayer information, according to Oversight.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we have an administration that routinely uses Chicago<\/a>-style tactics to intimidate people who disagree with them. Debate on issues is part of the American political system. This administration has done everything possible to squelch that debate. If you disagree with President Obama<\/a>, his staff will attempt to intimidate you. If that doesn’t work, media allies are called in. Please notice that the media targets any new Republican leaders that might actually move the country away from the policies of President Obama. There are some real conflicts between ObamaCare<\/a> and the First Amendment rights of Bible-believing Christians. The Obama Administration decided to ignore those rights and to engage in a campaign against the people and organizations that supported those rights. It we don’t stand up to this administration, we have only ourselves to blame when we realize that much of our freedom is gone.<\/p>\n
