{"id":19831,"date":"2013-07-24T14:15:46","date_gmt":"2013-07-24T18:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=19831"},"modified":"2013-07-24T14:15:46","modified_gmt":"2013-07-24T18:15:46","slug":"an-interesting-choice-of-words","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=19831","title":{"rendered":"An Interesting Choice Of Words"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I don&#8217;t want to spend a lot of time on the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Anthony Weiner\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Anthony_Weiner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Anthony Weiner<\/a> story&#8211;I just want to point out that his choice of words at his <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"News conference\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/News_conference\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">press conference<\/a> was revealing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ksat.com\/news\/politics\/weiner-some-new-lewd-chats-happened-after-resignation\/-\/2567674\/21130414\/-\/x1hcth\/-\/index.html\">KSAT.com<\/a> quotes part of the press conference:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8220;Some of these things <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Happened-before\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Happened-before\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">happened before<\/a> my resignation, some happened after,&#8221; Weiner said at a hastily organized press conference in New York, where he also pushed back when asked if the latest revelation would prompt him to drop out of the race.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He also commented on the things that had &#8216;happened to him and his family.&#8217; Does anyone actually believe that obscene text messages just happen?<\/p>\n<p>I just want to point out that nothing &#8216;happened&#8217; to Anthony Weiner&#8211;he made the choices that resulted in his resignation from <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United States Congress\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.8897222222,-77.0088888889&amp;spn=0.01,0.01&amp;q=38.8897222222,-77.0088888889 (United%20States%20Congress)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation\">Congress<\/a> and may cost him in the current campaign for <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Mayor of New York City\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mayor_of_New_York_City\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">Mayor of New York<\/a>. One of the problems we are having in our society right now is that no one is willing to take responsibility for their actions. This is a prime example of that problem.
