The Hill<\/a> is reporting today that President Obama’s<\/a> plan to combat climate change does not include any action by Congress.<\/p>\n

President Obama is launching fresh battles over climate change with plans to curb emissions using executive powers<\/a> that sidestep Congress \u2014 including controversial rules to cut carbon pollution from existing power plants<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So why is the President making a speech about climate change today? He is hoping to take the focus off of the IRS<\/a>, Benghazi<\/a>, and the other scandals that have plagued his administration. President Obama does not seem to understand the concept of working with Congress to reach a compromise on proposed legislation. Hopefully, we will still have three viable branches of government<\/a> by the time the Obama Administration is over.<\/p>\n
