Senator Rockefeller was one of the creators of the Affordable Care Act. He is reported to have said that <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Patient_Protection_and_Affordable_Care_Act\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">ObamaCare<\/a> is \u201cprobably the most complex piece of legislation ever passed by the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United States Congress\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.8897222222,-77.0088888889&amp;spn=0.01,0.01&amp;q=38.8897222222,-77.0088888889 (United%20States%20Congress)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation\">United States Congress<\/a>\u201d and \u201cis just beyond comprehension.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Rockefeller said he is concerned that early missteps with implementing the healthcare overhaul may cascade into confusion and chaos. The law, said Rockefeller, is \u201cso complicated and if it isn\u2019t done right the first time, it will just simply get worse.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just for the record, Senator, the nonpartisan <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Society of Actuaries\" href=\"http:\/\/www.soa.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">Society of Actuaries<\/a> recently released a report stating that one ObamaCare is fully enacted, medical claims costs will increase an average of 32%.
