The report exposes serious racial bias in the law enforcement practices of the Obama Justice Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The report was prepared in response to Representative<\/a> Frank Wolf<\/a>\u2019s (R-VA) outrage over the New Black Panther voter intimidation<\/a> dismissal.\u00a0 In response to the report, Rep. Wolf said today,\u00a0the \u201creport makes clear that the division has become a rat\u2019s nest of unacceptable and unprofessional actions, and even outright threats against career attorneys and systemic mismanagement.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
