Their jobs are not impacted in any way by the sequester budget cuts. Today <a href=\"http:\/\/www.whitehousedossier.com\/2013\/03\/07\/stopping-white-house-tours-saves-18k-week\/\">White House Dossier<\/a> is reporting that stopping tours of the White House saves about $18,000 per week.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>ABC calculates that the White House is open for visits for about 20 hours per week and the tours require around 30 <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United States Secret Service\" href=\"http:\/\/www.SecretService.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">Secret Service<\/a> agents at $30 per hour.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>ABC White House correspondent Jonathan Karl, who filed the report, ran into <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"John Boehner\" href=\"http:\/\/www.speaker.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage\">House Speaker John Boehner<\/a> on <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Capitol Hill\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.8897222222,-77.0111111111&amp;spn=0.01,0.01&amp;q=38.8897222222,-77.0111111111 (Capitol%20Hill)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation\">Capitol Hill<\/a>.
