The training was given to <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United States Department of Agriculture\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.8866666667,-77.0297222222&amp;spn=0.01,0.01&amp;q=38.8866666667,-77.0297222222 (United%20States%20Department%20of%20Agriculture)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation\">United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)<\/a> workers.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8220;In 2011 and 2012, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scribd.com\/doc\/125506479\/USDA-Cultural-Transformation\" target=\"_blank\">USDA paid<\/a> Betances and his firm <a href=\"http:\/\/usaspending.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">nearly $200,000<\/a> for their part in the &#8220;cultural transformation&#8217; program.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Within the videos, Betances has the audience repeat after him in a brainwashing fashion. Among the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=MaBHgYkoOQg\" target=\"_blank\">chants repeated are<\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8220;Thank you, black folks,&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8220;The pilgrims were illegal aliens&#8221; and<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8220;The pilgrims never gave their passport to the Indians.&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>\u00a0In another clip, Betances states he doesn&#8217;t like the word &#8220;minorities&#8221; and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=WvUDt01XBlI\" target=\"_blank\">prefers &#8220;emerging majorities.&#8221; <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>The obvious question is: why is the USDA holding &#8220;Cultural Sensitivity Training&#8221; sessions on &#8220;cultural transformation?&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/press-room\/press-releases\/jw-releases-confidential-usda-videos-revealing-cultural-sensitivity-training-program\/\">Judicial Watch<\/a> released the video below showing part of the session:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MaBHgYkoOQg\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>It seems to me that this is one area where the federal budget could easily be cut.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CNS News reported on Friday about government required &#8220;Cultural Sensitivity Training&#8221; that cost the taxpayers $200,000.
