Yesterday Breitbart.com<\/a>\u00a0posted an article some of the inner connections between Jon Corzine<\/a> and the Obama Administration.<\/p>\n

In November rightwingganny.com<\/a> reported:<\/p>\n

Today\u2019s\u00a0Wall Street Journal<\/a>\u00a0(this is a subscriber only article) is reporting that\u00a0MF Global Holdings Ltd. shifted hundreds of millions of dollars in customer funds to its own brokerage accounts in the days before its bankruptcy filing. That is illegal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

However, there are no signs of a serious investigation into exactly what was done at MF Global or what Jon Corzine’s involvement was in whatever was done. How come?<\/p>\n

Some interesting facts stated in the article at Breitbart.com:<\/p>\n

…the now-defunct MF Global was a client of Attorney General Eric Holder<\/a> and Assistant Attorney General<\/a> Lanny Breuer<\/a>\u2019s former law firm, Covington & Burling<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Records also reveal that MF Global\u2019s trustee for the Chapter 11 bankruptcy<\/a> retained as its general bankruptcy counsel Morrison & Foerester–the very law firm from which Associate Attorney General Tony West came to DOJ.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer<\/a> explains in the\u00a0Washington Times<\/a><\/em>\u00a0Thursday, the trustee overseeing MF Global\u2019s bankruptcy is former FBI Director Louis Freeh<\/a>. At Holder\u2019s Senate confirmation<\/a> hearing Freeh served as a character witness for Holder and revealed that Holder had previously worked for Freeh. \u201cAs general counsel,\u201d Freeh\u00a0said<\/a>, \u201cI could have engaged any lawyer in America to represent our bank. I chose Eric.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0This doesn’t sound as if we will ever get to the truth. However, there is hope.<\/p>\n

At least 65 members of Congress have already signed a\u00a0letter<\/a>\u00a0to Attorney General Eric Holder requesting that he appoint a special prosecutor to investigate MF Global\u2019s collapse and the loss of $1.6 billion in customer money. What\u2019s more, even\u00a0progressives<\/a>\u00a0have begun to wonder whether Holder\u2019s Covington & Burling connection explains why the Department of Justice has\u00a0not charged, prosecuted, or jailed a single Wall Street executive<\/a>\u00a0after the biggest financial collapse in American history.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0I am not sure who the current Department of Justice is currently representing, but I have a feeling that it is not the average American.<\/p>\n
