On Sunday I posted an article about the Obama Administration’s attack on Frank VanderSloot, a major donor to Governor Romney’s presidential campaign (rightwinggranny.com<\/a>). Now the Obama campaign<\/a> has turned its focus to\u00a0Jack Gilchrist of Gilchrist Metal Fabricating of Hudson, New Hampshire<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Yesterday’s Union Leader<\/a>\u00a0reported:<\/p>\n

The New Hampshire<\/a> businessman (Jack Gilchrist) who appears in\u00a0a Mitt Romney television ad<\/a>\u00a0accusing President Barack Obama<\/a> of \u201cdemonizing\u201d small business owners has gone to his local police after receiving two \u201charassing\u201d telephone calls and, he says, hundreds of nasty emails.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Obama campaign is getting out of hand.<\/p>\n

The article reports the details:<\/p>\n

But two profanity-laced telephone calls prompted Gilchrist to call the Hudson police.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One call came directly to his voice mail, while another went to the voice mail at the home of what Gilchrist called \u201ca professional associate.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gilchrist emailed what he said were the voice mails to UnionLeader.com on Thursday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One called him a \u201cvile piece of (expletive),\u201d among other things, and demanded he call Obama to apologize.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The caller was identified by Gilchrist through his caller ID<\/a>. The man called from area code 630, which is the Chicago area<\/a>. He has posted anti-Republican and anti-conservative messages on Twitter in the past, including a 2009 posts that said, \u201cGOP<\/a> needs to be eliminated,\u201d and, \u201cI am prepared to kill people. Let the tea bagers fire the first shot and I will pile up the bodies of the traitors.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The other caller, to Gilchrist’s associate, names Gilchrist and calls him \u201ca (expletive) liar,\u201d a \u201c(expletive) Republican piece of (expletive),\u201d and told him to \u201cburn in hell.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gilchrist said that between the emails and the calls, \u201cI have to believe that this is an orchestrated effort. There are quite a few coincidences.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

This sort of activity has no place in a presidential campaign.<\/p>\n
