Included in these policies are the laws governing abortion coverage.<\/p>\n<p>Section 1303 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requires enrollees in the health care exchanges to pay a separate monthly surcharge for abortion coverage. Well, HHS has set those guidelines&#8211;the surcharge will be one dollar.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>\u201cObamacare nearly collapsed under the allegations that the law would use taxpayer dollars to pay for abortions.
