Big Government<\/a>\u00a0is reporting today on some aspects of ObamaCare that I don’t think any of us had considered. Your cell phone is about to become a medical device (yes, you read that right) and your own stem cells are drugs. Good grief!<\/p>\n

The article reports:<\/p>\n

And because your phone has on it the two dollar blood pressure app – the Obama FDA asserts that they can thusly regulate\u00a0your entire phone.\u00a0 Because according to them that one app has turned your phone into a \u201cmedical device.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under the FDA\u2019s expansive parameters, almost\u00a0any\u00a0device on which you do almost anything\u00a0regarding your health – your smartphones, your tablets, your desktop and laptop computers – will be regulated.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Did you use your smartphone\/tablet\/computer camera or microphone to monitor something health-related?\u00a0 It just became an Obama FDA-regulated medical device.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Did you save your health care data on any smartphone\/tablet\/computer? That too is now regulated.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Did you send an email containing any health care information to your doctor?\u00a0 The device from which you sent said missive is too now regulated.<\/strong><\/p>\n

…Obama\u2019s FDA is concurrently asserting that the adult stem cells in your body are a \u201cdrug\u201d – and that therefore\u00a0your body is now government regulatory property<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In another outrageous power-grab, FDA says your own stem cells are drugs\u2014and stem cell therapy is interstate commerce because it affects the bottom line of FDA-approved drugs in other states!…<\/strong><\/p>\n
