{"id":12345,"date":"2012-02-22T21:31:55","date_gmt":"2012-02-23T02:31:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=12345"},"modified":"2012-02-22T21:31:55","modified_gmt":"2012-02-23T02:31:55","slug":"does-this-bother-anyone-else","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=12345","title":{"rendered":"Does This Bother Anyone Else ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bostonherald.com\/business\/technology\/general\/view\/20120222bankruptcy_judge_approves_new_round_of_solyndra_bonuses\/\">Boston Herald<\/a>\u00a0reported that a bankruptcy judge has approved nearly $370,000 in bonuses for certain employees of Solyndra LLC.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Solyndra, based in Fremont, Calif., wanted to award bonuses of up to $500,000 to as many as 21 employees but scaled back its request after discussions with its official creditors committee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gee, that makes me feel so much better.<\/p>\n<p>The article further reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Solyndra, which has failed to find a buyer to operate the company as a going concern, says it needs to retain key employees with the expertise needed for an orderly liquidation of its remaining assets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For that kind of money I would volunteer to handle the liquidation! As I reported on January 23 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=11771\">rightwinggranny.com<\/a>), the liquidation is not being handled well:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>At Solyndra\u2019s sprawling complex in Fremont, workers in white jumpsuits were unwrapping brand new glass tubes used in solar panels last week.
