I am not sure I would want to drive a car where a radiator hose leak could result in a fire. I don&#8217;t think that is a problem on combustion engine cars.<\/p>\n<p>I am not opposed to cars fueled by alternative fuel&#8211;what I am opposed to is the government subsidizing and pushing a technology that has not yet been proven safe and economical.<\/p>\n<p>The article at the New York Times has a list of other recent recalls in the automotive industry.
