Please Indulge A Proud Mom

Newsday, a Long Island New York newspaper covered the story yesterday of the attempt by the Long Beach Polar Bear Club Dip on Sunday to qualify for the Guinness Book of World Records by having 3,500 people make the dip.  My daughter, Kathryn, was one of those people.  They were raising money for the Make A Wish Foundation.  I think she is totally insane to jump in the water in January, but I am proud of her community spirit.
