If you live anywhere near North Attleboro, Massachusetts, you might want to set aside some time next Sunday (November 20, 12 pm to 6 pm) to do something special. An organization called Holiday Hope For Heros will is getting together at the North Attleboro VFW, 50 Jefferson Street, North Attleboro, to put together baskets for our military overseas. They are looking for donations of bar soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss, baby wipes, wet naps, socks, nuts, trail mix, gum, etc. Money is accepted to help with shipping costs.
The organization has a facebook page at Facebook.com/HolidayHopeForHeros. Christmas is lonely overseas. Please remember those who keep us safe.
