According the Special Report on Fox News, the 2010 Census has been taken out of the Commerce Department and put under White House authority. The 2010 Census determines congressional representation in Washington. This is one of those under-the-radar stories that bears watching in the next year or so. It's interesting that Commerce is one of the Departments that Obama has chosen a Republican to head.
