Howie Carr Says, "Deval, Spread the wealth around."

In his column in The Boston Herald yesterday, Howie Carr had some suggestions as to how Deval Patrick could help cut state spending in order to decrease the budget deficit.  He mentions the fact that neither Mitt Romney nor his lieutenant governor collected a paycheck in their four years.  I didn't know that.  I guess sometimes people very quietly put their money where their mouth is (and others don't).
